Podium Cincinnati / Ceramic Pro (Deadicated Auto)

I have owned my dream truck for a few years now, and contemplated putting a wrap on it. Something happened and I said, Let's do it. I talked to Garrett for a while and he had me convinced. I wanted him to do what he does best- and make the best choice of what to do with my truck. We went ahead and turned a semi gloss black Raptor into a Matte Black Machine! I am obsessed. The style and art Podium puts into their work really shows! Garrett chose a Matte Black PPF and I don't regret the decision, whatsoever. Every time I turn around and look at it, it doesn't look real. The protection for years to come- I look forward to!! Thank you, Podium and thank you Garrett! Take your vehicle to Podium!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. They took time to answer all of my questions, and made the entire process easy. The quality of work speaks for itself and you can tell they take pride in what they do and value their customers. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your car, but Podium earned it right away. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and will continue recommending them to friends and family. Highly recommend!

Had my windows tinted at Podium and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was easy, they got me scheduled quickly, and the work turned out exactly as expected. The tint looks clean and professional, and everything was completed on time. Overall, a smooth process with great customer service.

They’re genuinely dedicated to their work and it shows in every detail. Super easy people to talk to, very honest, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress free. It’s hard to find people you can really trust with your car, but they definitely earned that trust. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take a lot of pride in what they do!! 5 stars all the way around

Detailing services were great, but I think the buck stops there. Do not recommend anyone to do business here and we will never go back. 1. While the tint is mostly OK, there are gouges in the film from the applicator tool that we've never had from another shop. 2. They left screws out of the door panels (luckily those are in the car and we can replace) but our emergency triangle from the back hatch compartment of our brand new car is now gone as they removed it. 3. They removed the fender badges WITHOUT notification and didn't replace them. 4. The ppf is coming up and not adhered well in some areas. Also, they left excessive trimmings around they edges we've had to trim ourselves. They never followed up as promised. (See photos) 5. Supposedly their photographer took our vehicle out for a photo shoot without our knowledge or consent. All these issues have been discussed between the company and my husband.
